一項(xiàng)最新的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),睡眠時(shí)間縮短與發(fā)生自殺的幾率相關(guān),超過(guò) 85% 的重型抑郁癥患者聲稱(chēng)有失眠問(wèn)題,通過(guò)這些失眠癥狀便可以預(yù)測(cè)這些患者的自殺意念(Romier et al., 2023)。
睡眠時(shí)間越短,焦慮、抑郁等精神障礙的患病率越高,而抑郁、焦慮等本身就是導(dǎo)致自殺的高危因素(Geoffroy et al., 2020)。

03 減少手機(jī)依賴(lài),形成良好的睡眠習(xí)慣
拖延入睡時(shí)間和缺乏自我管理能力是通過(guò)手機(jī)成癮傾向?qū)е滤哔|(zhì)量差的重要因素(Zhang et al., 2020),因此,增強(qiáng)自律、行成良好的手機(jī)使用習(xí)慣有助于緩解手機(jī)依賴(lài),提高睡眠質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)身體和心理健康。
